How these numbers are worked out
- Overleaf SaaS list prices, billed annually: Standard $199 per user per year, Professional $399 per user per year.
- Overleaf Server Pro is around $300 per user per year with a 10-licence minimum, based on published procurement records.
- Self-hosting uses the reference hardware from our own deployment docs, picked by user count, priced at each cloud's published on-demand Linux rate (AWS us-east-1, Google Cloud us-central1, Azure East US) plus block storage. Reserved instances, committed-use discounts or a dedicated host cost less.
